Best IT fuckups in the world!
audioteka.com is a quite well know audiobook store, offering audiobooks in 12 languages across 23 countries. They have a really good offer, a quite good software and an ability to play audiobooks on both regular .mp3 player or their own streaming solution.
And the only problem is that some of their developers are mindless idiots...
Facebook allows your page to have an "username". All you have to do, is to visit your page, to About section and hit Create or Edit in General > Username line.
And the only fukky thing is that this feature sometimes doesn't work at all...
As every nowadays airline, Air Berlin offers on-line check-in feature. There are a lot of stupid fuckups around this, but the biggest one of them is that on-line check-in may not work at all, showing you an empty error frame and leaving you with a dull guessing of what the fuck is going on...

Well... I was trying to contact Air Berlin to ask them about some issue concerning my reservation. Finding contact form (after digging through some mindless FAQ) was an experience itself. But, when I actually found it, filled it up and tried to send my message then... CAPTCHA killed me completely.
