Well... I was trying to contact Air Berlin to ask them about some issue concerning my reservation. Finding contact form (after digging through some mindless FAQ) was an experience itself. But, when I actually found it, filled it up and tried to send my message then... CAPTCHA killed me completely.

And now what should I do?
Seems that refreshing entire page and writing everything from scratch is the only option that is left here. One of many, really many fuckups on Air Berlin website.
